Queenslander

A$375.00

The Queenslander is an iconic architectural type in Northern NSW and much of lower Queensland. It is easily identifiable as a high-set, single-storey dwelling with a characteristic verandah that extends around the house. The raised first floor, timber latticework and verandah create a distinguishable style, even though Queenslanders encapsulate varying architectural periods including Federation, Victorian and interwar periods.

The sculpture is made from eco-friendly resin-plaster with acrylic detail pieces. All materials are sourced locally, made 100% in Sydney. Each model is framed using sustainably sourced Birch plywood.

Size: 32x22x8cm frame
Each model is hand-cast with its own small deviations in colour and texture.
